Severe shortness of breath
I have severe sob from 2 months now ...I have asthma from childhood but no major problem till now from past 10 years ...but past 2 months have been absolute hell...I am having continuous sob..chest X-ray is normal and using foracort 200 and montek lc but still no result at all ...I am slowly slipping into depression..every doctor is saying I have anxiety or allergy but even after taking all allergy medicine and anti anxiety medicines also this sob doesn't subside...please hell me doctor I am distressed because of this ...sharing my pft report please give your feedback doctor

Diagnosis: COPD but HRCT?
Female, Age 63, per doctor's diagnosis based on X-ray: acute exacerbation of COPD.
Medicine going on for past 1 month.
Yesterday, patient went through HRCT scan film attached.
Report Etiology: 1. Mild mosaic attenuation in bilateral lungs. 2. Mild bilateral apical pleural thickening. 3. Pleuro-parenchymal bands in left upper and lower lobe- s/o post infection sequalae.
What do these findings mean? Is this serious?
Patient is fine. Mild cough only during sleep. Not in day time. Is this COPD or some allergic disease?

Wheezing sound, cough
My father aged 83, suffering from Parkinson's disease. He suffering oftenly problem like wheezing sound, cough, sneezing. Last few days he is suffering from these problems. Doctor given Ventidox m, duolin +budecort mixture twice daily . Is it enough for his problem? How long can i continue respules? Spo2 level shows 91 to 98.
