Chest & Breathing Problems

Doctor I am getting this light brown sputum from few days . Is this blood ?? Can someone please tell me . I have taken the picture of the sputum . The Color is light brown . I have attached the picture below. Please tell me

Doctor I am getting light brown streak sputum when I clear my throat from last 2 months. The colour of the sputum is white with light brown streak. My X-ray report says that I have hyper inflated lungs with increase in bronchovascular marking and my CT chest with contrast is totally normal. I have done sputum culture also and it's normal. What could be the reason for this? The sputum which I get when it dries appear dark brown otherwise when it is wet it appears light brown . Is this blood in sputum? I have attached the picture when wet and when dry. Please tell

Doctor from last 3 months I am getting sometimes light brown streak sputum, and yellow sputum when I wake up in the morning everyday. P.S I don't have cough but I have to clear my throat at regular intervals .I have Otherwise the whole day normal transparent sputum and sometimes it comes with light brown streaks. Doctor I have done 2 months back Ct chest with contrast , genexpert , sputum culture. But all were normal. My chest X-ray 2 months back was mild increase in brochovascular markings and mild hyper inflated lungs. I have tried allergic medicines too and also antibiotics but this sputum is still coming and everyday yellow sputum only once in the morning and sometimes brown streaked sputum during the day. Yesterday I have done a chest X-ray by my self and it is again showing mild increase in brochovascular markings and mild hyper inflated lungs. Doctor what could be the reason for me getting this sputum ? P.S I don't have any other symtoms .

Hello doctor recently since 1 month having dyspnea and constantly blocked nose and post nasal drainage ...ecg, cbc and X-ray seems fine ..by any chance can I have a chronic inflammatory condition causing this like Wegener granulomatosis...my aunt has it ...my anca test done last year was negative ...my current esr is 15...I am worried is there any possibility that I can have it

Hi My son was diagnosed with acute adenotonsillitis 6 month back my paediatrician have given him septilin syrup for 3 months montair lc syrup for 6months & metaspray for 6 months. He was doing ok with no problems but since the time we stopped montair lc he is getting bouts of cough every alternate days for 30-40 mins which subsidised itself without any thing sometimes warm water or honey . My paediatric its ok but he gets these sometimes while doing excessive running & sometimes he is ok . We have shown to ent also as per him his adenoids are not worse .We went to pulmonologist who did chest xray which was fine Cbc test With wbc count -11700 Lymphocytes-45 Hct-38.8 Mcv-75.34 Mch -25.63 Rest were in range Aec-585 Ieg-61.78 He has sneezing also Pls let me know what should be done from my end? Also what kind of cough is this?? Regards

My son is 5 years old. He got cough cold in February 10. In starting dry cough then productive cough and cold without fever. Doctor gave solving cold for 7 days . But no relief found. Cough with mucus and nose kept filled with mucus. Then doctor suggestd for  only an xray . X ray was done on 27 Feb . And doctor told that he has pneumonia . And prescribed levolin syrup Levolin respules Cephaxime 125dt tablet twice a day Solving cold for 10 days and again revisited and continue for 10 days more . And his cough and cold was fully recovered. And now from last 7 days he got allergy eye itching redness and 3 days after he got cough first  like dry and then productive . No wheezing sound and forceful cough. But fever is not there. Today I again took xray. I have attached both xray in one image please find. Whether is it pneumonia or asthama or tb. Pls go through image. And tell whether improved or not. thank you.

Too much coughing and breathing problem and also feel weakness and tiredness weight loose too much and right now I am coughing too much and much in my chest heavy Ness and problem to take breath please doctor suggested me how to relief right now this breath problem

My 70-year-old father has had nearly constant coughing for the past two months, worse at night. Although it improves briefly 2-3 times, it returns every 3-4 days, especially with weather changes. He's tried antibiotics like Novamox and Azithromycin with no improvement. Should he seek further diagnosis or explore alternative treatments? To be noted no apetitle or weight loss so far. It's seems to be more weather related, but still looking for opinions...

Hello doctor I am 21 year old male and i am suffering from irritation in back of my throat and mild wheezing sound produce when I exhale forcefully, it usually happens at night and sometime in daytime,and i previously Faced 3,4 times shortness of breath and excess mucus when I accidentally inhale smoke or dust , what is the problem?? and how I mannage it Please reply 🙏
