Chest & Breathing Problems

I have taken tuberculosis tablets one month, but I got jaundice then one of the doctor saying take only ethambutol is this fine only this medicine

I was diagnosed with MTB 2 months back. CT scan and sputum test confirmed. I have been taking medicines for past 2 months but my weight is still reducing. Starting weight 80 kg and now it is 71 Kg. Is my treatment going on right path? Should I continue or should I consult some other doctor? I have attached xrays for your reference (Please check dates below xray). Xray are for starting date of treatment and after two months of treatment. Note - 1. I have got TB first time. 2. No medicines missed in last 2 months. 3. Symptoms improvement in last two months - Cough, vomiting, reduction in fever and in general feeling better. I don't take dolo anymore but body is still sometimes at high temperature like 99.9. 4. I am having shortness of breath on doing small amount of work also.

Is cefditoren povoxil (zostum o 200) twice a day for 5 days enough for mild pneumonia? I was given this.

Hi Doctor, Have attached the report of my friend who got his xray done today. In his reports it says that Nodules are seen in his left lung. Can you please help me with what does this mean exactly. I have severe pain along the right side of sternum for last 2 years. Physio did not help. Right side of sternum is very painful . HRCT detected sternalis muscle on right side. Can anyone tell me what is the proven treatment for this as muscle relaxants, physio could not help.

Someone suggested nasal spray for breathing problems. Is this true? Are nasal sprays used in case the patient has breathing difficulties and wheezing problems? No chest congestion or blocked nose. Plz help me understand. Thanks

I am having chest congestion and dry cough with green sputum. Because of congestion I am facing problem in breathing . Does chest congestion and breathlessness in winters means asthma ?

Actually her(4YRS daughter's) grandfather admitted hospital on 27th Dec due to Tuberculosis & covid expired on Jan 6th.. She spent a 1 full day with him before he admitted to hospital.. Now she is having wet cough from 2 days, should we go for any TB test ?? Or not needed? If so, please suggest which test?

Been feeling some chest tightness besides right sternum since past few months! I used to workout regularly but whenever I get cold this tightness feeling comes ! But haven't faced any breathing problem but when I cough during sometimes it feels like a mild pull ! Can anyone clarify and tell me what it is ?
