Chest & Breathing Problems
Regarding lung health
Respected sir/madam,
I do have to question to ask.
I am 26yrs old now and I have been a chain smoker since 2020. Now I have reduced my smoking by 90%. (Dropped it from 12 to 1) From last 15 days.
Can I able to recover my lungs from the damage i did it to from past four years.
If yes, kindly suggest.
Thank you, 🤗

Phlegm now going away?
So 2-3 backs i probably had a flu after a bout of throat infection. I was treated with amoxyclav for 5 days, during which on3rd day in morning i coughed yellow sputum from chest, and while coughing too hard once i saw blood tinged sputum, but after that it never occurred.
Then i was treated with pulmoclear tablet for 2x 3 days.
Cough took some time to subside. Now I don't cough much, some slight cough during morning but once or teice but problem is many times i need to clear throat and clear phlegm from chest(not cough). And i still have ticklish feeling in the lower throat.
The sputum after clearing throat looks like the one in photo. A little milky/cloudy type? I am not sure how the appearance is.
Please guide me what to do next!
