Chest & Breathing Problems

The mild pain I had been experiencing in left chest whenever I turnaround in my bed and stretch my body left and right, sometimes if I breath deep I can experience it again. I tried drinking plenty of water and get good sleep, but still it's  same way like before day. I can't understand what can I do? What is the cause? So please suggest me what to do .

Dear sir, My brother is have problem in the lungs and got CT scan and some finding and we are unable to identify the disease and next treatment. I am trying to identify the exact cause to his lungs and further treatment. Last one week he has  cough we have admitted him in hospital now cough is completely reduced. but giving oxygen since he has fast breathing. Please refer the report and suggest me to take next decision or treatment. Thanks Raju

Previously I have been prescribed for those both tablets (Allegra M & Ab phylline) for phlegm I am feeling wheezing 1) Allegra M and Ab phylline & Reswas syrup fine? 2) Any medicines for stopping phelgm & wheezing/Snoaring phelgm Please clarify sir/madam

17 year old male patient with PMH of Asthma and CTEPH on riociguat. Gradually progressive tiredness with low grade temp 99F for last 2 months associated with increasing shortness of breath on exertion and dry cough. Had severe pneumonia 4 months back requiring HFNC for 21 days. Shortness of breath and cough increased severely over last 15 days. SpO2 at rest 94% dropping to 78% during walking 20 steps. Last chest xray shows right lower lobe ground glass opacities but no causative organism detected. Blood reports are WNL. Chest findings are bilateral scattered rhonchi on expiration and lower zone crackles. Not responding to nebulizer. Recieved short course steroid prednisolone for 10 days with minimal improvement. SYMPTOMS INCREASED ON STOPPING STEROIDS. Patient is not willing to do HRCT (Thorax) due to risk of radiation exposure as multiple HRCT has been done in lifetime. Can it be due to IDIOPATHIC INTERSTITIAL PNEUMONIA/ COP? IS IT NECESSARY TO CONTINUE STEROIDS? for how long?

I have pollution allergy. Difficulty breathing and chest pain type heaviness sensation, also IGE LEVELS >2000. Every year during pollution months in Delhi, I have this problem. I went to AIIMS doctor said take montair lc for 2 months. My question is does this disease have permanent cure or not ?

Dear Dr, my son frequently catching cold n cough mantoux test - positive 12mm ct chest report Lung fields appear normal with normal branching pattern of bronchial tree. The pulmonary arteries appear grossly normal. The pulmonary vascular branches show normal branching pattern. The anatomical configuration of the structures in the mediastinum is within normal limits. Both hila appear normal. There is no significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy. There is no evidence of pleural effusion. Soft tissue of the chest wall and bony thorax shows no obvious abnormality. Thymus gland noted anteriorly measuring ~ 36 x 13 mm. plz advice whether is he had primary complex or not.

Hi doctor, gud day .. my father has been diagnosed with tuberculosis ( detected (trace) ) and prescribed medications as R cinex(450) , Computol( 450),Pyazin(1500mg), Benedon(40) as he was admitted for pleural effusion in lungs last week . But still he is saying loss Of appetite and tired . Can you please help like how long it takes time to improve .(appetite and tiredness) . I am very sad to see him worried all times

My daughter having night time cough for last 3-4 years. We use to give her nebulizers (Levolin/Budecort). This cough comes after (15 days or 1 month or 1.5 months). Recently doctor calls it asthama and i am giving her budecort for last 4 month (still she got cough in between and introduce levolin) . Visited 3-4 doctors already and everyone say it is fine to go with budecort for long term (2 years or so). Family call it "chochle of cities" as in their small towns doctors always give steam and no inhalers. So i have doubt if it is asthama or allergic cough as it is recurring? And any suggestion on treatment

Hi everyone, I have been experiencing dark red cough whenever I cough hard I have gone to doctor and done a check he has given some antibiotics and Test after 3 days if coughing and blood in phelgm  still persist I ate antibiotics for one day I didn't get any blood that day today I coughed and again I got dark red cough like it was stuck in middle of lung Test he asked are CBC,ESR ,chest xray and sputum AFB test if condition still persists Initially he assured that it can be infection so relax otherwise test are there and conditions are normal in some cases blood come in cough Is the treatment right ?
