Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having sputum since last 3 months. My chest ct contrast came normal. My crp , ESR is also normal. I don't have cough but I have to clear my throat every time and small yellow particle are there in my sputum. Sputum culture also done but is normal. I have low grade fever only in evening since 1 month. Now also all my reports normal. How to get rid of this low grade evening fever?

My 5.9 year old and adenoid enlargement of 80% blockage chronic cough , snoring, stuffy nose, mouth breathing from last 3 years. I tried nasal spray and montair LC kid syrup. But there is no improvement. What doctor is best for this kind of problem. Allergist, pulmonologist, ENT . is there any treatment to reduce adenoid without surgery. please reply

My father ( aged 82) suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given seroflo 250 twice daily. And duolin nebuliser. Can I nebulise long time. Has any adverse effect if use it long time? When I stop nebulisation?

Last 1 year I have hardly taken 30 cigarettes. For the last 3 months I didn't take it and decided to quit permanently. Have any chance to get any health issues due to taking 30 cigarettes previously?? I am fearing this issue, feeling get lung cancer. So pls help me 🙏🙏🙏 🙏

My 6 year old daughter is suffering from wheezing and cough. On and off since last 2 years. She was absolutely fine during summer months and neubilization was not required but condition worsened during winters in Delhi.Doctors have diagnosed it as allergic bronchitis.  She is been given budesal 0.5 and salbair 0.31 and 5ml montair syrup Her conditions improves a lot after neubulization.. Now the doctor has advised to give budecort inhaler 2 puffs twice a day and she is taking it. She is advised to stay away from dust, moulds, cold food and water .Her allergy panel report was normal Serum Ige = 10. The paediatrician has diagnosed as allergic bronchitis. Pls advise if the paediatrician has given the right treatment? Are the inhalers safe without any side effects.? Will the child get dependent on inhalers? Can steroids slow the growth (height/weight)? For how long are the inhalers required ?

My MIL admitted in ICU due to Fibrosis at almost 3rd stage and now Dr. Recommended she should be on oxygen at home as well for almost 15 to 20 hours. How much years/months her living chances?

Hi doctors, My grandfather has been in ICU for 30 days, his age is 91. He was admitted because he was taking long breaths, since then he is in ICU. He also talked to us  in between but was not shifted to the General ward. Why? I have taken leave from my work to look after him but I can't take it for  long. Can someone please tell me that for how long can a person survive in ICU? Shouldn't a person be shifted to General Ward when their condition improves?

I am suffering from asthmatic symptoms for last 6 years and literally got tired of it , if I am sitting quietly and not doing any intense activity then it's ok but I can't take full breath , I don't have that much difficulty that I need inhalers but I literally tired of it , it feels like it's only in my right lung and right airway is blocked , i am undergoing immunotherapy injections prescribed by my pulmonologists but I want permanent cure for it , it got developed after i suffered from primary spontaneous pneumothorax in 2018 , if I calm down then I can take full deep breathes as well but only for once or twice other wise just shallow breathing,

I have no fever or pains. But I don't smell or taste anything. I have running or stuffy nose. Heavy head.

From last two' months my 4 years old son is frequently Coughing, whenever we give syrup he is feeling better but after a day again coughing, while coughing i feel like mucus stuck in lungs 🫁 doctor told to give this levolite syrup for 10 day's but after 10 days we stopped, again kid started coughing , doctor told to give for another 10 days now
