My wife was diagnosed with Lungs TB in August -2023. NTEP treatment started in August. In January 2024, symptoms of TB re appeared and a Lymph node appeared in FNAC , again TB detected in the node.
Sputum test performed and results were negative. In chest Xray also TB seems reduced.
In the blood test CRP-41.
Should we start an intense phase of medicine again ???
What should be the line of treatment now
