Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi I am taking att from last one month now I am having jaundice range 5, so due high jaundice doctor is suggesting to take ethambutol is this correct after jaundice level decrease he may have 4 drugs att I think is this fine

In last week my wife aged 48 years , wt 64 kg suffered from cold flu and fever with body pain and Local MD Doctor prescribed 5 days course with antibiotics and other medicines after some blood reports which were all normal and Dr diagnosed it as Flu . Now after completion of course 2 days back my wife is having dry coughing issue . She is not able to have proper sleep in night and also coughing during day . She is now prescribed Levoce M 0-0-1 and C-KOF tablet 1-0-1 with nebulizer with derindine0.5 mg but dry coughing is still there . Please advise as my wife have no other medical conditions or any existing medical issues.

Hey am on tuberculosis medication from last 4 months , i visited tb government hospital to take an opinion from the doctor but there were lot of tb patients there, am scared now may be they have transferred tb in me again, i have to start my course again? am suffering with abdomen tuberculosis or should i go for ultrasound again to check relapse tb

I was diagnosed with MTB 2 months back. CT scan and sputum test confirmed. I have been taking medicines for past 2 months but my weight is still reducing. Starting weight 80 kg and now it is 71 Kg. Is my treatment going on right path? Should I continue or should I consult some other doctor? I have attached xrays for your reference (Please check dates below xray). Xray are for starting date of treatment and after two months of treatment. Note - 1. I have got TB first time. 2. No medicines missed in last 2 months. 3. Symptoms improvement in last two months - Cough, vomiting, reduction in fever and in general feeling better. I don't take dolo anymore but body is still sometimes at high temperature like 99.9. 4. I am having shortness of breath on doing small amount of work also.

Is cefditoren povoxil (zostum o 200) twice a day for 5 days enough for mild pneumonia? I was given this.

Hi Doctor, Have attached the report of my friend who got his xray done today. In his reports it says that Nodules are seen in his left lung. Can you please help me with what does this mean exactly. Also he was smoking alot in the last few months. But have stopped smoking recently. Please advise Thank you.

I have severe pain along the right side of sternum for last 2 years. Physio did not help. Right side of sternum is very painful . HRCT detected sternalis muscle on right side. Can anyone tell me what is the proven treatment for this as muscle relaxants, physio could not help.

Someone suggested nasal spray for breathing problems. Is this true? Are nasal sprays used in case the patient has breathing difficulties and wheezing problems? No chest congestion or blocked nose. Plz help me understand. Thanks
