Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having chest congestion and dry cough with green sputum. Because of congestion I am facing problem in breathing . Does chest congestion and breathlessness in winters means asthma ?

Actually her(4YRS daughter's) grandfather admitted hospital on 27th Dec due to Tuberculosis & covid expired on Jan 6th.. She spent a 1 full day with him before he admitted to hospital.. Now she is having wet cough from 2 days, should we go for any TB test ?? Or not needed? If so, please suggest which test?

Been feeling some chest tightness besides right sternum since past few months! I used to workout regularly but whenever I get cold this tightness feeling comes ! After recovering from inactive TB by following a 6 month medicine course, my friend is now all fine and the doctor after having digital X-ray done, confirmed that he has fully recovered. Its been 6-7 years now since he has recovered. He is reaching the age of 35 now. Lately he has noticed that the right side of the body (from shoulder to waist) is a bit tilted, since right side of the lung was affected. Tilted in a way that when he stands still in attention position then the right shoulder looks clearly down as compared to the left shoulder. We can clearly notice in the pictures that we click with him. Is it a normal phenomenon after recovering from inactive TB ??
