I am getting burning thaigh ,  burning sensation after taking att tablets what to do give me suggestions

Having mild soar throat and mild cold cough , attached the blood report . Antibiotics is needed or home treatment like nebulizing and gargling is enough

I had tuberculosis two years back and I completed the ATT successfully. But due to it I had developed asthma later. I am on inhaler now. Does tuberculosis lead to cancer? My father is a lungue cancer patient. I do not smoke or take alcohol. What precautions should I take? How to stop cancer ?? Pls suggest

The mild pain I had been experiencing in left chest whenever I turnaround in my bed and stretch my body left and right, sometimes if I breath deep I can experience it again. I tried drinking plenty of water and get good sleep, but still it's  same way like before day. I can't understand what can I do? What is the cause? So please suggest me what to do .

Dear sir, My brother is have problem in the lungs and got CT scan and some finding and we are unable to identify the disease and next treatment. I am trying to identify the exact cause to his lungs and further treatment. Last one week he has  cough we have admitted him in hospital now cough is completely reduced. but giving oxygen since he has fast breathing. 17 year old male patient with PMH of Asthma and CTEPH on riociguat. Gradually progressive tiredness with low grade temp 99F for last 2 months associated with increasing shortness of breath on exertion and dry cough. Had severe pneumonia 4 months back requiring HFNC for 21 days. Shortness of breath and cough increased severely over last 15 days. SpO2 at rest 94% dropping to 78% during walking 20 steps. Last chest xray shows right lower lobe ground glass opacities but no causative organism detected. Blood reports are WNL. Chest findings are bilateral scattered rhonchi on expiration and lower zone crackles. Not responding to nebulizer. Recieved short course steroid prednisolone for 10 days with minimal improvement. SYMPTOMS INCREASED ON STOPPING STEROIDS. Patient is not willing to do HRCT (Thorax) due to risk of radiation exposure as multiple HRCT has been done in lifetime. Can it be due to IDIOPATHIC INTERSTITIAL PNEUMONIA/ COP? IS IT NECESSARY TO CONTINUE STEROIDS? for how long?

Dear Dr, my son frequently catching cold n cough mantoux test - positive 12mm ct chest report Lung fields appear normal with normal branching pattern of bronchial tree. The pulmonary arteries appear grossly normal. The pulmonary vascular branches show normal branching pattern. The anatomical configuration of the structures in the mediastinum is within normal limits. Both hila appear normal. There is no significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy. There is no evidence of pleural effusion. Soft tissue of the chest wall and bony thorax shows no obvious abnormality. Thymus gland noted anteriorly measuring ~ 36 x 13 mm. plz advice whether is he had primary complex or not.
