Chest & Breathing Problems

Patient is 69 years old ,admitted for low bp.on admission medicine given ,later was showing  kidney issue .now having little breathlessness .attaching reports plz guide.

Occasionally blood comes in mouth ...with Saliva... I feel blood in mouth after spit blood i cough an sneeze...but no blood is there ...

My heart beats fast when I wake up after a 20-30 minute nap, I don't understand what this is, and I have a light headache also sometimes. Please help Since I sleep around 11:30 pm till 8 and don't snore at all, eat healthy and do the gym and morning jog

Yesterday, Due to cleaning of home toilets at my house i got exposed for like hardly one minute to the hcl acid and ran away for fresh air coughing up saliva . Now at night I had dry coughing bouts and throat irritation which subsided but early in the morning i was feeling ill with flu symptoms like headache , runny nose etc Is there any health risk from inhaling one time as i have no swallowing problems at all.

Dear Dr, My dr gave isocaldin 300mg -2/3 tablet each day for my son as mantoux positive but ct chest normal. My doubt Is can I dissolve this tablet in water n give or need to take directly. Kindly advice.

Hi Doctor, I am getting breathing problem and shortness of breath during sleep. It is actually happened just before I go in deep sleep and I feel sudden jerk or breathlessness and I woke up. It happens multiple times before I actually sleep well. So, I want to ask which doctor I need to consult for this issue weather ENT, pulmonologist or any other? Also, I have anxiety problem which is already I am taking medicine.

Dry caugh from last 2 weeks . Take few medicines but it's not cured can you recommend any medicine . It's heal and after few months come back .

My Father coughs frequently, but the strange part is the cough lasts 3-4 minutes and results in him sweating, He took an x-ray and found "Reticular Opacities in the bilateral lower zone" Any suggestions on what to do next?
