Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, I am using foracort 200 maximum 4puffs per day. I have breathing problem and it has increased a lot in recent days. And always my nose is blocked and running tears with sometimes itchy eyes. What should I do

Dear Doctors Last month i have been diagnosed with Pulmonary TB.. I was given Akurit 4. But  after 12 days due to Liver Enzymes raised doctor stopped and put me on Ethambutol 1200 daily, Levofloxacin 1000 daily , Clofazimine 100 daily and PYRODOXINE 10 mg.. Within 1month 10 days my weight gain 4 kg.. I lost initially 6kg... Is there any matter of concern? And from last one week I am experiencing Paul in my shoulder and arm and thigh ,hips and back thigh? Plz guide

I have persistence dry cough which gets triggered by some kind of itching in my throat, I always feel like rough throat. My lungs xray and PFT test are fine. What could be the reasons ?

My daughter has manageable cough in the day and active. It gets worse in the night that she gets severe bouts of cough (dry but I feel some mucus is stuck in chest and not coming out)that doesn't stop. She wakes up 2-3 times like this . She is currently taking levocet and ambroxil syrup from the past 2 days. When cough gets worse at night takes Asthalin puff. I was giving her Amoxicillin 600mg 5ml which was reduced to 2.5 now as the doc felt it's high dose. We are on day 5. How long should I wait for this to improve or should I get second opinions? We have done an x ray and it looks cloudy on the left lung. I am very worried about how long this will take to improve.

My CT lungs says some issues as granified calcinoma so what does it mean.is it anything to be worried about

My wife has off set wheezing, this wheezing episode appears once in blue moon. We are staying in Bangalore. Can she visit Kashmir in winters, considering the snowy weather and altitude is it advisable for her to visit Kashmir as a tourist with no heavy physical activities. Thank you
