I have asthma due to allergies and cold since childhood i take oncet 3d and asthalin inhaler when having extreme problems I am planning to go on a trip which is at a elevation of 5340m Gurudongmar lake sikkim Is it advisable to go there for mee !?

Please get yourself evaluated. As you are not on proper treatment of Asthma. When we went to Gurudongmar lake it gets tough to breath even for normal people at height, it may be more difficult if your asthma is not well controlled.
