Chest & Breathing Problems

Attaching my report.. I have discomfort in my neck and always neck spams and pain.. When I breathe I at times feel tightness..

I have diabetes . I am 59 years old. I have a slightly elevated creatinine level of 1.6, and I would like to check if it is safe for me to undergo a chest contrast test? As I had done CT scan and some white  patch is shown in chest and Diagnostic center suggest me to go for contrast so, are there any precautions that I should take? Alternatively, based on my specific condition, what would be the safest and most effective way to proceed with imaging? Are there any non-contrast imaging alternatives that could provide similar information for my diagnosis?

For the past few weeks, whenever I smoked a cigarette, I could feel my chest getting heavier, not pain but heavy. I've been trying to quit this habit for a while now. I want to ask if quitting cold turkey is the best way!

As per doctors my ct scan abdomen report is normal, usg report is normal and chest x ray is normal , am on tuberculosis medicine from last 3 months and for them medicine is working but why i have all tuberculosis symptoms night sweats, chills, severe weight loss, abdomen pain. for 3 months i was symptoms free then all of a sudden all symptoms relapsed but reports normal

As  we are on vacation my 2 year old boy suddenly started having a cough and it is worsening at night can someone suggest syrup to prevent the cough at night Due to this cough he is not at all sleeping

Doctor Yesterday i ate Too much foods especially dinner after dinner i lie down to sleep quickly.. today 3 am i have wheezing whistling sound struggling to speak and breathe what can i do it still lasts

My mother aged 59 years had been detected with Hypersensitivity Pneumoniitis in October end. Doctor said that it's an early stage so it should get cured via steroids. She took Wysolene 40 mg then 30 then 20 and eventually 10 mg distributed over 40 days and now has completely halted it. She did a CT scan today. PFA the report. Plz help me understand if there is any improvement.

My father had fever 2 days back and is admitted in the hospital. CT scan was performed.He was diagnosed with pneumonia.

Hi , I am on  ATT tablets, after taking att tablets my food not digest, it's there in my throat getting vomit what I need to do suggest me is anything serious

My baby of age one has cough & cold...accept milk she dont eat anything..she jst vomits watever she eats..m giving her medicine mucolite & Cefexime Syrup...wat should i give her to eat that she doesn vomit..as she is only  on breast milk..n dont lyk anything to eat..wat should i give her to eat.so that she doesn't vomit...she is getting irritated..need urbvaluable suggestion
