Breathlessness
My CECT chest and HRCT chest is normal . PFT and chest xray is also normal.  I have breathing issue for last 1 yr ... my ige level is always alleviated. Currently my ige level is above 3000 . Also i burps a lot. my Endoscopy is also normal but ultrasound suggest grade 1 fatty liver . Hepatitis b and anti hcv is also negative .  My echo tmt is also normal I did an allergy test . Everything was normal but my igm level for aspergillus fumigatus was positive and my igg level for aspergillus was negative. These are my symptoms.. Breathlessness while running or lifting anything heavy ... sometime while judt sitting u feel breathlessness ( since dec 2023) Burps a lot Bloating Hichki Chest tightness Sometimes chest pain
