My daughter is 5 years old. She got cough in the last week of December 2023. It last for 3 weeks and then Jan 2nd  week again got dry cough lasts for a few days. Then consulted a pediatrician, and Doctor advised Montelucast for 15 days.. Levolin for 2 weeks and Budecort 200 for 1 month.. Now no cough for last 10 days.. but snoring and nose blocks are there, not severe but present persistently. In between she was well without cold and cough or snoring for a week.. It's been 2 months, this cold present. Doctor checked and told there is no chest cold and sometimes mild wheezing. Now Doctor advised for Adenoid X-ray? We already took chest xray 8months back. Please suggest what is the root cause of this problem? Will it be solved once they grow up? What step we can take next? Thanks

Nasal Endoscopy was done a few years back and it was diagnosed as seasonal rhinitis by ENT specialist. (Slight DNS as well) During weather change like from winter to summer or vice versa I get a lot of sneezing and sinus headaches. Remember sneezing 9 times in a row with heavy phelgm. Usually I take citrazine during the sneezing attacks and it helps but am concerned about long term use of antihistamine. Can you please suggest general management of this issue? What is empiric tuberculosis treatment?? Dr I am having symtoms similar to pulmonary TB but all my reports like chest Xray, genexpert, ESR, CRP, sputum culture and even chest CT with contrast I have done is negative. I consulted doctor in my area and after seeing my report he gave me few medicines but the medicines didn't work. I am still having symtoms similar to TB. Now the only test left to confirm whether I am having tb or not is Bronchoscopy. Doctor if my bronchoscopy comes normal then can I be sure that I don't have TB?

I've been an occasional smoker on & off for the past few years but a regular one for the past 1 year. Lately I've started experiencing issues with my health. Although I'm actively trying to quit the habit, I'm still worried if my health has deteriorated beyond repair.
