Chest & Breathing Problems

I have got my sister's chest report done. Please someone look at her and tell me what has the problem and what happened

I have difficulty in breathing and  mucus in my throat. It feels like the mucus is from nose till my throat. I don't know how to explain it. Previously I used to have blocked nose. And a little tightness in my chest. I consulted two doctors . One said I have asthma , other said I don't have asthma just a nasal congestion. I have suffering since last 1 year. The nose gets blocked any time during the day and my condition gets worse every night. My nose suddenly gets blocked and then I have difficulty in breathing. When I wake up I have blocked nose, when I go to bed I have blocked nose.

My CECT chest and HRCT chest is normal . PFT and chest xray is also normal.  I have breathing issue for last 1 yr ... my ige level is always alleviated. Currently my ige level is above 3000 . Also i burps a lot. my Endoscopy is also normal but ultrasound suggest grade 1 fatty liver . Hepatitis b and anti hcv is also negative .  My echo tmt is also normal I did an allergy test . Everything was normal but my igm level for aspergillus fumigatus was positive and my igg level for aspergillus was negative. These are my symptoms.. Breathlessness while running or lifting anything heavy ... sometime while judt sitting u feel breathlessness ( since dec 2023) Burps a lot Bloating Hichki Chest tightness Sometimes chest pain

I've been coughing for 4 months ever since the construction has started outside my house. I reside in Mumbai and there's too much dust and cough is not stopping at all. I also smoke 1-2 cigarettes in a day. Is this because of all the dust due to construction or anything else?

Hi doctor, I am suffering from dry mix wet cough since 2 days. It increase heavily in night around 2am and then disturb sleep. Getting light mucus after coughing many times. I had fever 5 days before but that solved after 1 days medicine course. I have slight mild cold also... I am taking octacet D TABLET ALONG WITH kurfi D tablet. Hello doctor..my 3.5 year old son has persistent cough .he is taking montairlc from last 1 year ..even now if I miss single dose he cough end lesly .. Dr suggested me to stop this medicine but his he coughs badly if I stop giving this medicin.his tests reports of fot test are normal and syrum ige level is also normal according to doctor ..what should I do.. From last 4 days I haven't given him that syrup but he is coughing badly ...

Hello A week ago I consulted a psychiatrist and is diagnosed with ocd. They recommended taking tab.sera and tab.etilaam for a week at night. I am having asthma since 4 years and taking tab.montair-10 at night and inhaler foracort-200 2 times a day Is it okey for me take montair as well as psychiatry meds together?

I've been a smoker for the past 6-7 years occassionally and a regular one for past one year. I am overweight ( 26.5 BMI) . Recently I've decided to quit this filthy habit. But it has taken some toll on my health. I have started experiencing shortness of breath recently but it is more when I do strenuous exercise. It is more during the later half of the day. Please suggest, how should I go about it?

My daughter has been suffering from cough which is a non stop continuous cough and it continues for hours before she is relieved. We have shown her to paediatrician, pulmonologist but no one has been able to help her. We then started homeopathy which gave her instant relief and then she was better for few months but after 5-6 months that has also stopped working and she is again coughing regularly. We have done a lot of tests, tried inhalers and all possible medicines as per doctors here in Noida but they have not been able to yet cure her. Please advise what should we do
