Shortness of breath
Sometimes i feel shortness of breath even with mild exertion.sometimes this " lack of air"  feeling last for 10 mins.my heart rate varies from 44 to 160 at min & max and 60 to 130 on regular days.we checked cardiologist and did ecg, ech, angio and the conclusion was myocardial bridging in MID LAD and mild CHD. I have orthostatic hypotension.blood pressure sometimes goes from 130/90(mostly)  to 160/115(sometimes) I get cough if i eat any oily food.But i dont have constant wheezing or asthma but sometimes i get this urge to cough after some food or some temperature change.lot of sweating when compared to.other people and severe muscle aches and joint pain.we did regular medical tests for my thyroid for which i am taking medine for over 20 years.but thyroid is in normal range.i have attach the report summary which are out of range in the blood report. Should i check for any lung related issue. kindly guide me for test if any.
