Shortness of Breath

I have shortness of breath, after 3 pm almost everyday. i hv to breathe deeply or i have to breathe through my mouth. sometimes my chest hurts becuase of breathing deeply. ( normal deep breathes, i didn't put to much pressure on it ). i drink water everyday, what seems the problem? i have been experiencing this since 2014 but during that time it's not really often & the doctor said im fine. now it come back and i feel it everyday as i mention above.

Its due to some amt of bronchospasm it may be related to pollution or allergy do a chest xray and pulmonary function test to confirm the obstruction level.
