In how much time the post pneumonia fluid goes away , It's been a month since I recovered but x ray shows it . X ray attached

The doctor suggested me for pleural tapping , It's post pneumonia and I recovered a month back. Pls guide , what should be the right step ahead.latest X ray attached

I have been coughing a lot last month, now it has reduced by 98%. But i had phlegm in throat and constant need to clear if not coughing. So i went to local pulmo doc, he gave pulmoclewr for a week, difiza or some inhaler fr a mnth, cefpodem xp, and cough syrup. My symptoms are 98% not there, just sometimes after exercise i get slight cough or phlegm.. I did a sputum culture and sputum afb, culture showed high growth of K. Pneumonia while afb was negative. I went to the doctor, he said continue with the medicine and also do the ct thorax and insisted on CB NaAT... I couldn't ask him but just for a clarity, does this xray show any sign of TB? I don't have fever, or cough like tb, or any night sweat. Just post nasal drip and some very little phlegm, once in a while(rarely). Please tell me why is he asking for cb naat, m scared :(

Doctor I am getting light brown sputum everyday after getting up in the morning. Then whole day I don't get any sputum. I have done chest CT with contrast and it's totally normal. What can its cause ? P.S I don't have any other symtoms.

Doctor I have done Chest CT with contrast from apollo hospital after consulting a pulmonologist as I was having cough since a long time and my CT contrast suggest No evidence of bronchiectasis/ consolidation/ honeycombing/suspicious nodule/cavitation/ focal lesion in either lungs 2. Mild thymic hyperplasia seen 3. Negative for pleural effusion/ thickening 4. Negative for mediastinal/ hilar/ axillary adenopathy Is my report normal? Mild thymic hyperplasia is it normal ??
