Chest & Breathing Problems

CT SCAN OF THROEX(P+C) report 1. There is a large consolidation in right middle and lower lung segment with associated collapse and volume loss causing ipsilateral pull of hilum 2.thin pericardial infusions 3.mild right pleural infusions Ye kya disease ho sakta hai

This coughing starts in  these days of this season every time and whenever I come to dehradun from Himachal, Palampur. This problem is now a little older, around 1 year or more. I got dry coughing and my throat gets dry then only the coughing starts and even leads to vomit and severe coughing at night. Kindly suggest something or some critical tests if it is a serious issue.

My wife was diagnosed with Lungs TB in August -2023. NTEP treatment started in August.  In January 2024, symptoms of TB re appeared and a Lymph node appeared in FNAC , again TB detected in the node. Sputum test performed and results were negative. In chest Xray also TB seems reduced. In the blood test CRP-41. Should we start an intense phase of medicine again ??? What should be the line of treatment now

I have been having cough since a month. Showed it to pulmonologist, did chest xray its normal. Then he suspected bronchiectasis. However i am on difzima inhaler, pulmoclear twice a day. Still phlegm is there, and phlegm culture showed k pneumonia but doctor said it's insignificant. Did sputum cb naat, negative. Current problem: lower throat ticklish mostly, if i sit in ac, i get phlegm production more, weight loss. Also recently i did a std panel, which showed hsv 1+2 igm to be 1.38 and positive, while the iGG for same was negative. Csn that be causing it!

Sir I am getting light yellow sputum after getting up in the morning otherwise the whole day I don't get all these but only after waking up in the morning I get sticky sputum with light yellow colour . Why is it ? I don't have any other symtoms .

Few days back i had got bloating and sever acidity. Acid reflux. Bit of food was coming out. And since thn i started getting breething difficulty. So i started with omee D. I was having asthama issue since child hood but since last 4 years i didn't get the problem. I am on medication hcqs 200, gabantin nt 400, olmetrack am, neurobin forte alternate days, klinwalk. These medicines i am having for pain in joints and muscle pain. Tail bone is also fractured and i am resting since more than a month. Tail bone paining since october. Now need help for breething difficulty.

My daughter had a cough for 2 days and the doctor asked us to do the X-ray. Dr has left without seeing the film and i have an appointment tomorrow.  Can you please advise on the x-ray attached. ?

Should I get a dose of bcg vaccine because I came in contact with a friend 2 days ago and he have tb my age is 27

I'm having 101° fever since last night along with chest pain in left side near heart. Also alot of pain in throat. I went to a hospital. I was given medical treatment from IV.. but then I started getting pain in chest near heart and stomach. I also had gastritis along with it. Like vomiting,lose motions too and I can't digest the medicines too. Is it something serious related to heart? What's the cure ?

I have had this hard and tightness in breathing for more than six months. My PFT is fine but FENO is 34. I've been using symbicoart 160 for the last 2 Months. The improvement is very minimal. It really makes me uncomfortable. It always feels like I have a life-threatening issue and my confidence level is becoming very low.
