Shortness of breath
Hi Feeling shortness of breath but when checking on oxymeter it shows 98 The same thing happened with me at the time when I was suffering from corona in 2021 for few days & and 5 months before too but it's gone it's own... Now the same thing is happening. Suddenly I feel shortness of breath from two days everyday for 2 to 4 hrs and than its gone ... I never went hospital for this issue ...

Do you have any other comorbidities like diabetes or hypertension. From what you have told and since you are in the middle aged group, it cannot be any systemic causes. Most probably can be a panic attack.
