Continuous sneezing
Due to high pollen count in Delhi NCR, i have constant sneezing and irritation. Please suggest what i need to do and is there any medication to solve it?

rather than pollen, it's the delhi ncr's pollution that causes it..go for serum ige and a simple chest xray..a combination of nasal spray and antihistaminic should be enough for you

U may take Montelukast bilastine combo till the pollen counts reduces. (Once daily) Till 14 days. Kindly do a absolute eosinophil count and IgE levels in blood to know your allergy status. If high can go for further better treatment only if symptoms are not subsiding Once weekly (or as per symptoms improvement) you may take Histoglob injection subcutaneously
