I have a very small lump on my neck The doctor advised me to do an ultrasound first I am attaching my ultrasound report Please suggest do I need any other tests also? I already had TB

since you mentioned that you had tb previously, need to check all your reports first..it could be a residual node..accordingly we can plan for further fnac or direct management..do not start any meds on your own

Its less than a centimeter. Need not worry about it. Most of the time a local infection will cause temporary lymph nodes. Can take antibiotic course for 5 days and wait

One course of antibiotics may help to resolve the lesion. Even if it enlarges after antibiotic course FNAC can be done.

How long ago you had tb treatment? And was it pulmonary tb or extra pulmonary?
