Hi. I understand your concern. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and reports to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same
Bilateral pleural effusion means both ur lungs contains minimal fluid in the lung cavity. Meaning there much fluid in his body unable to be pumped effectively. It can be due to kidney causes , liver causes and heart issues
In this case could be that enough urine may not be produced and let out or else heart is straining too much.
Next Steps
pls do off
blood urea
creatinine levels
2D ECHO to check heart status
Liver profile
From what I understand you are located at Kerala. You could meet a physician or pulmonologist at Amrita hospital in elamakkara, Cochin.
He should be evaluated in person. An ultrasound report alone is not enough to make an assessment
