Chronic Occasional Dry Cough
My mother has occasional dry cough , she has difficulty in walking due to knee issues, We had done a Chest Xray some time back after doctor's advice, after which we consulted a cardiologist, and she had diastolic dysfunction, and she is having medicines for the same. However the doctor also asked to consult a pulmonologist, I have attached her reports, which shows reticular opacity in lower lung fields and mild cardiomegaly. Request you to review and suggest, if any other tests are needed and what do you make our of the reports.

The chest xray lung fields appears normal. The lower zone opacities could likely be the breast shadow. Initial a lung function test could be done and then go ahead with a HRCT chest. Most likely cough could be a cardiac issue as well.
