Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir from past one week i am unable to sleep properly(specially while start sleeping) as i start feeling that i am unable to breath then i open my mouth and breath. For half an hour this happened daily while start sleeping. I don't have any tension that it might be anxiety. This breathing problem occured only when i lie on bed for sleeping or otherwise. Plz suggest

During childhood, I used to have frequent respiratory infection (3-4 a year). Things improved when I grew up. Over the past 2 year, I have gained weight, smoked infrequently (3-5 times a week). I have history of seasonal allergies. Over the past few days, I have been having sudden chest tightness with difficulty breathing which causes me sleeplessness at night, may last upto 3 hours. I take cetrizine with relief as needed. Lately, cetrizine has not been providing much relief. I suspect this could be due to some allergen. I suspect that my symptoms of sudden difficulty breathing could be mild asthma attack aggravated by allergies. I have associated uneasiness, fatigue and difficultly sleeping. Stopped smoking a month ago (cold turkey). I have not used any inhalers ever. No fever, weight loss or cough. No known heart conditions. Please suggest me if I should use an inhaler. Is it really asthma triggered by allergies or something else. What medication should I take in the case.

Writing again w.r.t to my last query: Having difficulty in breathing from chest. There are no other symptoms or health problems. I just feel like some food or something is stuck in my throat or chest due to which I am unable to burp properly and hence unable to breath properly too. Please suggest any good medicine.

Hello doctor, I have known the fact from several forums that bats happen to be one of the primary sources of coronaviruses, and in my resident vicinity, there are hordes of them (bats) flying in the night hours which has been a routine sight since ages, so in this awareness is there a probability that could surface w.r.t coronavirus being airborne at higher levels above the ground which could result into a dangerous air quality making the entire vicinity susceptible to contamination, please, assist with your valuable info in this regard.. Hello doctor, I have known about a recent HT article that read coronavirus traces in the sewer channels of Netherlands, so, in this awareness could a finding as this make all insects and rodents breeding in such environments potential carriers of the deadly virus, please shed some light towards this concern.. Hello Doctor, I am aware of an earlier advisory on avoiding home AC usage owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and we are practicing the same too, so as an alternative we plan to use an exhaust fan placing it in a way to blow the external cool air inwards of our apartment during night hours especially during the current summer times when indoor temperatures stay warmed up during night hours to fetch a better night time sleep, please advise if this practice runs the risk of bringing in the coronavirus infected air molecules into our home... Furthermore, my apartment lays three storeys above the ground level and there are no building structures surrounding us, I await an early response from you in this regard.. Thank you..

Intially I had rib pain on above to abdomen..now I feel pain top middle of the chest bone ..if I raise the head towards back I use to get pain..
