Back pain and breathless.
Sir i have back pain upper side left deeply and breathing problems. I have done chest xray which is normal. And I am taken medicine of tramagold tablet then the pain is gone. I have mild cough. I don't know what is the problem. Please suggest me medicine.

Hi.. I understand your problems.. Since when are you having this problem? Do you have fever? As your pain is relieved with the medicine, it must be mostly muscular pain.. If the symptom persists then consult the doctor..

Based on the available information it seems to  be pleurisy. Provide some more information like whether pain increases with deep breathing .is there any fever. The severity of breathlessness ?
