Chest & Breathing Problems

He is having cough on night time only. No cold symptoms. But coughing at night and vomiting. Hw to avoid coughing?

I have breathing difficulty sometimes,  feeling feet burning in morning and night ,i have no cough ..

Please suggest me for cough and breath stuck in sleep if I take monticop tab it will not come if I don't take tab at midnight I will get cough for 30 minutes so what should I do.

On 21/01/20 I have suffered with Fever, Cold and Cough, at the time I was taken paracetamol and after one day No Fever, but Cold and Cough is there till last week of Feb 20 after all cleared.Then From 12 Mar 20 again started Dry Cough, on 31 Mar 20 I was visited nearest PHC for there advise and they given the below Tablets for 5 Days. 1. Amoxicillin 500 MG 2.Paracetamol 500 MG 3. Certirizen 10 MG After taking the above, Cough was reduced, but short breath was started. Then, I have consulted Dr. Anand Kalaakar, General Madeline (Appollo Clinic, Pune) through "PRACTO" he is advised the below 1. Tab. Montek LC 2. Tab. Azithral 500 MG 3. Reswas Syrup 4. Deriphyllin Tablet I have Taken above medicine and breathing Problem slowed. from last 5 no breathing Problem,but lightly dry cough with phlegm. From today no cough but feeling sore throat , but short breath started again. Please advise

My father has suffering from paralysis. Right now he is also suffered from having cough and also he is unable to breathe properly. And he is not taking his diet completely and weakness too alot. He is also on bed. Please help me as soon as possible.

Every 3-4 mins i have to gasp for air, when i lie down i feel some pressure in my chest.
