Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi This is Mahesh and my wife is suffering from the breathing problem nature of the problem is she can able to inhale the breath and she is suffering while she release the breath and this is from 4 days back she is facing a critical problem and she getting pain at chest by doing this since 4 days. Hi sir Need Ur suggestions sir, I am feeling like chest is tight and something got struck in my throat  n it's very difficult to sleep ,my dad gave pantop tablet yesterday Now throught is clear and chest is also ok but feeling some uneasy in the chest area sir (very slight pain) Last month I had cold n cough and phlem (White) for 20 days now it's not there In this present situation of covid 19  I am scared to go to the hospital Pls let me know Or do I need to take any other medicines sir

When I sleep and when I close my eyes.i wake up immediately with lack of breath .Its been there when I sleep in the day.I sleep late..may be post 2.am

Hi, I am having some breathing problem from this Thursday (16th Apr 2020).It starts from afternoon around 4 PM-5 PM. I also have hoarse voice. I don't have any cold,cough and fever. This is the first time I am experiencing the difficulties in breathing and it mostly arise at the time of my sleep. That time also my heart beat goes up. Please let me know your suggestion based on this. Thanks.

I was taking rablet d and ab -flo suggested by pulmologist since last week but it didnt given much relief ( though it shown effect but not complete cure ).my chest report is clear , no abnormalities found .PFA REPORT ..no cough ,cold, fever .. but still i have to take long breath after 3 4 minutes .then I consulted with my one friend he is Cardiologist and he told that its may be due to motility and stomach related stuff and given ganaton total (5 day course ) one tablet in the morning before food  .today i taken one tablet before food my course of rabletd and ab-flo is finished .the thing is when I eat something i feel that food is stucked between below chest and upper stomach ..no acidity ..i can take long breath ..can hold breath for few seconds ..can do yoga like anulom-velom .i do some walk at evening ..please does this ganaton total helps to release this issue .i am taking steam in the night too .while taking breath i dont feel any chest pain or stomach pain or anything else ..
