In 2016 i had breathing problem , doctor's told me that it's due to allergy, from past year i am being suffering from breathing problem every week but from last few months it's has become common, & from last 2 days i am having persistent mild breathing problem , recently i took anxiety & depression tablets , my weight has been increased to 81 according to BMI it should be around 64 !! what to do ???

Anti anxiety medications at times make you sleep more so you tend to gain weight
And some medications do have a side effect of gaining weight
Do regular Yoga and breathing exercises
Do warm saline gargles
Take more fruits and green vegetables to boost your immune system
If still problem persists then follow up with a Chest Physician and your Psychiatrist
