Why type of mask is required to wear in public? Surgical mask or just cotton washable mask? Also sanitizer kills viruses ??

I wake up with chest congestion, little bit of cough nd sometimes sore throat. I Smoke and have Gerd, also due to summer i use fan. Its been a while. I also have anxiety and came from delhi, COVID fear is all Around. No cold or fever or any other issue, can u please suggest some medicine. I Cant Afford Paid Consultation as am a student staying away from parents and stuck due to lockdown. Please help me

I have been experiencing pain in sternum since 3 years now. It has always been a mild pain where rib joining the sternum. If I do some excersise like push ups, use ointments in the pain area it disappears for a short time. How should I get rid of it? Please let me know if any tests need to be done and doctors from Navi Mumbai area whom I can consult.

I was suffered from bronchitis when i was 9 months. I also have dust allargies. But now i don't have any chest problem. I am currently suffering from common cold and cough due to dust allargies. My doctor gave me 10 monticope tablets. Should i stop taking it after the course? Bdw i also feel chest tightness and dizziness after taking it.

For 4 to 5 days i have been experiencing shortness of breath and it feels like my chest is heavy, i am an asthamatic but I've been fine for 3 to 4 years with only mild attacks once a month.my inhalers help a little but not fully. I tried to read online what could have been the problem and my symptoms are similar to acute bronchitis . Although i don't have much cough i have a Little mucus production but that also is very less. Overall my chest feels congested and it's been improving by taking care of what i eat . I would like to have a doctors opinion on this and advice as how to proceed forward.
