Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, i am an Ex- smoker with 5-10 ciggrates per MONTH for 5-6 years. Now i have quit smoking, last ciggrates smoked 1 month ago. For symptoms as of now i feel chest congestion with sputum production. Sputum is not viscous. There is also mild laboured breathing on exertion. I have chronic allergy to dust.  On investigation - Chest X-Ray show mild sinusitis. And the only positive sign As of now is low pitched whistling sound on inspiration. Please advice, How could i heal my lungs from the damage i would have done in the previous years.

I am feeling pain in my chest. It keeps going on and off from last 15 days. I had visited hospital 15 days back and doctor had checked and advised to get ecg done. A per him ecg reports are okay. So he told us that it seems to be chest ulcers and gave me medicine for 14 days. Still i am having pain in my chest and all medicines are finished. Please advise what shall i do now.

I am having pain in the area inside ribs on both sides of body just below the breasts majorly inside left ribs just below my left breast .Also I can feel swelling .it is happening from past many days .my breathing is normal but sometimes.it is taking effort to take deep breaths.

I am having chest congestion for nearly a week. I am also experiencing difficulty in breathing and slight cough. I am also hearing heavy sounds while breathing. Could it be asthma? Please help

I have a problem in breathing sometimes and very frequent when lying down and having too much of acid reflux and burpings. Is this related to my heart or my digestive issues. Whom I need to consult. Thank you.

I took asthalin for regularly 3-4 of 4 mg and for past 3 days there are symptoms like increase in heart rate, shivering, etc. And when i try to sleep i suddenly wake up by shock and increase heart rate.

I am having too much of acid reflux I use to smoke but suddenly I stopped smoking from past one month. After quitting I am having some acid reflux and sometimes breathing problem and while doing any physical activity like excercise breathing difficulty increases. Help me with any kind of medication which helps or is. Mandatory to visit a hospital at this point of time. Thank you in advance.

On March 31st had feeling uneasy suffocation though feeling sleepy. When got up start went to balcony, though there was sufficient natural air out I suddenly started to have shortness of breath and then feeling weak, unable to stand and had feeling like going to collapse down. Had glass of hot water and then after 2-3 rounds got sweat and then everything was back normal.,..prior to this incident I had stuffy nose/running nose and while sneeze start to runny nose and then dry up. Also internally feel chills though no fever, no cough etc... visited a local physician and took ECG. ECG normal, bp, normal etc.However I tend to get chills within body in evenings though no fever, have shortness of breath, stuffy/nose. Also I am worried while going to sleep while in deep sleep if similar situation happen. Pls suggest. Currently after physician visit and meds: No running or stuffy nose, chills seems to subside. However while taking hot water bath feel slight shortness of breath. First incident

I was colds 1 week ago but after two days running nose stopped and  white cough gathering around sinus ,So there was pressure in the sinuses while breathing.now, slowly breathing normal but It seems that even after taking oxygen from the nose the whole oxygen is not going inside the lung .There may be a cough in the chest, or some other problem. What should i do?

Had a minor stomachache that is gone but had some pain in my chest but not to where it affects my breathing and it comes and goes.
