Chest & Breathing Problems

I took asthalin for 3-5 days of 4mg instead of 2 mg and now it is showing symptoms of overdose like increase un heart rate, shivering, etc. I now switched to inhaler for 3-4 days. But those symptoms are still showing..at night as soon as i go to sleep i wake up with a shock. How to overcome with these side effects.

I have been experiencing pain in sternum since 3 years now. It has always been a mild pain where rib joining the sternum. If I do some excersise like push ups, use ointments in the pain area it disappears for a short time. How should I get rid of it? I was suffered from bronchitis when i was 9 months. I also have dust allargies. But now i don't have any chest problem. I am currently suffering from common cold and cough due to dust allargies. My doctor gave me 10 monticope tablets. Should i stop taking it after the course? Bdw i also feel chest tightness and dizziness after taking it.
