Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi madam/sir, I am suffering from dry nose last two days, and am feeling now my nose is itchy, but I don't have any cold now, and I don't have any headache, fever. is it any symptom of virus ? Am breastfeed my baby that s why I worried a lot, please help me and suggest me? If above symptoms is related to virus , what can I do now? Please help me. Am eagerly waiting for your response. I am having pain in throat during nights like its dry and difficult in swallowing and it will be good during day time. It has started after i was on course of azee500 which i took for sorethroat. I use dust mask whenever i go out but still im getting this problem. I gargle salt water but it gives temporary relief only. Can anyone suggest good medicine or remedy for this. When i show to doctor,he says no visible infection or no problem wit tonsils.
