Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello Dr. I am facing Problem of Dry Cough From last one month along with Shortness of breath for last 1 week ... I Consulted With ENT specialist ... Dr. Give me Grilinctus BM syrup & Allegra M tab but I am not Getting better... Before that I also took LCF LS syrup for not getting better... I am smoker (20Sticks per day)... My X-ray report is also normal... Every morning when I wake up I feel my throat is full of dry cough & Irritation in Throat...I am also taking medication for Anxiety disorder from last 2 months ...... Please Provide me Some Needful Advice. Please find the attachment of my medical records below Thank you

Im feeling pain in left side chest sinse 3 days I smoke cigrette once in 2 days but in recent days i smoked 7-8 cigrettes in 3 days and im feeling that pain everytime im smoking Also i had lower back pain recently is it because of that or because of smoking? I feel pain left upper lobe if pressed with finger and near heart and side of lung Is it serious. No difficulty in breathing or any other problem

I am 35 year old healthy man with no smoking and alcohol activity. I have been diagnosed Tuberocolosis pleural Effussion TPE after doing some investigation and chest X ray on 22.02.2020. Due to this i am suffering from cough, weakness and evening rise temperature. My doctor advised me to take one capsule of Rcinex every morning empty stomach (Rifampin 450 mg and isoniazid 300 mg) for initial two months. Later on the treatment will continue upto six months. My question 1) Is it a sufficient treatment for TPE ? 2) will it get completely cured ? 3) my immunity has lowered. How could I improve it ?

My father is suffering from COPD.in may 18 Dr. find he is also effected from TB by CT Scan investigation.My father took full course of TB and get recover from TB. Bt last 4-5 months my father could not walk more than50 meters.I m sending latest CBC, CT ,medicine and Dr. OPD slip...
