Chest & Breathing Problems

My wife having pain below breast while coughing and touch. What will be main reason and cure? She is breast feeding mother since 10/08/2019. After delivery she didn't get menstruation period till now. Please guide me...

I have sinusitis and dust allergy problem from my childhood. I always try to keep it under my control by avoiding cold weather. But, sometimes when i get caught by cold, my nose start coughing and also cough comes out form my mouth. Also always feel like something in my throat. Can anyone suggest any medicine by which i can cure myself?

I am experiencing blockage in nose in every night. I do have sinusitis and septum deviation. How can I clear nose ? It occurs only at night before sleeping. While I lie down , nose feels blocked and stuffy.

For treating Sinus should I use the Neti pot or should get a Sinus cleanser. Also should I use a lukewarm water with salt to clean the nostrils.

I feel shortness of breath very soon. I had put on wait and was leaving sedentry life style since 2-3 years after a foot injury. But I now I fell of breath and fatigue very fast. What could be possible reason ?

Sir nasal drop 2 drops 2 times in each nostril at night then also the child is breathing though the mouth but his enlarged tonsils makes it strained breathing. At present I am consulting child specialist but his treatment is not able to resolve the mouth breathing issue. Please advise.

Hi i had sleep apnea test in September 2018 and I have attached the report of the same. I am getting repeated chest pains regularly but all my heart related test ecg, tmt, echo are always normal. When I did my sleep test at home I was very conscious and didn't sleep properly that night. Now my doctor has refered to do sleep apnea test in hospital once again. I always feel tired whenever I sleep and wake up. Slight head ache also would be there always. Pls comment on attached report and also let me know how to better things for my situation. I am panicking a lot regarding my health. Pls advice

I have cold for last four days and it is in chest. I was taking amoxycillin, prescribed by a doctor. I am having heavy head too from today. Any medicines to ease of my head ache.
