Your cardiac cause for chest pain ruled out as your TMT and 2d ECHO are normal. CXR normal does not rule out chest muscle causes, airway disease, nutritional deficiencies, Acid peptic disease and viral causes. You consult near by pulmonologist

What is the final advice of your doctor? Please elaborate and it would be better if you do approach a pulmonologist for a video consult. That way, the doctor can ask for more history about the nature of the pain. All the best.
