Chest & Breathing Problems

I was diagnosed with tuberculosis on my right lungs upper lobe. I am on 6 months drug regimen. Going to complete 4 months in 1 week. I am having chest pain on my right lungs upper lobe area most of the days. Even though I have TB I never had an y cough from initial to till now. It was accidentally diagnosed in my chest CT scan. Actually I went to orthopedic because I was having ribs and right shoulder pain. But I still have the ribs and shoulder pain. Now I would like to know how long does it take to get rid of the chest pain?

My father is type 2 diabetic & taking medicine for it. My father was diagnosed with pulmonary Tuberculosis 3 months back but he didn't told it to anyone in our family & didn't took any treatment as he thought it must be common cough & cold. But when his condition didn't improve we tested him & he was tested positive for TB. His chest x ray & CT scan shows significant infection to both lungs  showing consolidation involving cavitation in  both lungs, but no pleural/pericardial effusion. He has also got pneumonia because of this. Now he is taking DOTS treatment from last 10 days. But he is still coughing phlegm. When will his condition improve ?

1) Digihaler fb200, 2)Cilapam-ls, 3)clonil-10 ,i consulted in kolkata nd these medicine r available in kolkata, but now i am in assam , i searched everywhere in my surroundings but these medicine r not available, plz refer me alternative of these medicine with same composition so that i can find these medicine in my locality.

Is a patient with t.b (abdominal) is at more risk of covid19 infection. Patient is working in banking sector,and taking medicine for t.b for 7 month,should he stopped from going on duty.

I used to smoke for two months.but all of the sudden I quit smoking.now I am feeling breathlessness since 4days.cna I be a reason.

If a person is not in contact with any positive covid-19, or he is been i self-isolation for several days, still the person could get effective? And also the person does not have any travel history! He has been in the same place before the spread of the virus! Is it air borne?

I was blowing a pipe and then dust came back and enter  my throat from that day I am experiencing little pain in chest and cough at that time little blood trace came with sliva

Can Anyone Help Me To Differentiate The Symptoms, i have anxiety please help me. i am so worried about myself. Cause i came from delhi. Now at home, did not smoke for a while anxiety at its peak

Chest pain in middle and opposite of back, Heavy breathing and weakness in full chest, plz help, complete lockdown in this area, i treated a pulmonologist 2 months ago, he gave me medicine namely, 1)Azithral 500 2) Digihaler FB200,3) flubloc nasal spray,4)cilapam-ls , 5) Clonil-10,6) Hifenac-th8 . He said 2,4,5 continued always. Yesterday I feel huge pain as a result left side of the chest nd left hand not working,then i went to a nearby medical nd they gave me 2 injection, i also done ECG, test shows normal also done chest x-ray, test shows normal, I am a huge smoker before, now i good bye smoke ,plzz plzz these medicine are not available here, Plz give me alternative of these medicine nd extra if required, there is no pulmonologist .

I have sore throat and pain in chest, no cold or fever can it be covid19?? Cause i came from delhi via air last week, as i have anxiety its making things worse as due to lock down i havnt smoke for 3days...
