I am having pain in throat during nights like its dry and difficult in swallowing and it will be good during day time. It has started after i was on course of azee500 which i took for sorethroat. I use dust mask whenever i go out but still im getting this problem. I gargle salt water but it gives temporary relief only. Can anyone suggest good medicine or remedy for this. When i show to doctor,he says no visible infection or no problem wit tonsils.
