Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, i have observed blood clots / strings in my sputum for a few times. Had observed the same twice in sep-19, once in oct-19. And 4-5 times recently. Sample photo is attached. Requesting your opinion.

My spouce has dry cough since 2 months.But the cough is not continuous or not very harsh.First it was fever for  2 days and wet cough but then it becomes dry cough. He is under medication for 7 days. Cough reduces a little bit but not cured completely.sometimes he coughs after drinking water .I need a permanent solution for this.

Slight irritated feeling in the left side bottom of the chest near & on rib region which is not a cardiac issue as said by doctor.since 6 months

In the last 6-7 months, I have been feeling breathlessness and tightness in my chest from time to time. It is never so bad that I have to rush to hospital, but it is significant. Never had any asthmatic health problem before. Though I have always been breathing through my mouth. Initially, it used to happen when I was feeling very sad. But these days, it happens even when I'm only slightly emotional. Is this only a psychological problem or should I check with a lung specialist?

My wife is suffering from pain for past couple of weeks on the right side of the chest. Got the USG whole abdomen and X-ray done and attached as well. Based on this, doctor informed about liver enlargement and fluid in the lower side of the lungs. Also reports shows WBC Lymphocytes as 20 and Neutrophils at 76 with infection in urine. There is not much relief in pain after taking several medications. What is the treatment for this? Please advise.

I am suffering from asthma and cough since 8 years. One my friend suffering from astha told me to take neogadine she syrup. And I have completed one 300 ml bottle and second one I am also taking 2 times daily after food and I am also taking tarcast fx before food every night. Did I continue the syrup or not. I

Sir, I am facing shortness of breath. My tuberculosis skin test will come today. I think I have some other problem which is not getting detected. My doctor had X ray of my chest. After going through X ray he asked for Mantoux test. He has given some medicines which caused stomach pain and loose motion. What do you suggest.

Hi, My father is undergoing dialysis since 10yrs. Recently he was having high fever and was admitted to hospital. Upon admission it was found that his left lung was highly infected and treatment was started for the same.  But the antibiotics (merotac, mucinac, maclar) were not working. Sputum culture was sent to hinduja hospital and upon finding a type of bacteria, treatment was changed and discharged after 15 days. He was administered Mikacin 500mg and zonamax es for 8 days. Zonomax is discontinued and tab altipod cv 200 is started. Attached are discharge report and after 8 days of discharge. Also the latest xray. Currently he is feeling better but his coughing is same as before. Also he is taking oxygen intermittently since he feels exhausted after walking few rounds at home. Would be really helpful to know, if the treatment is correct and what could be done to reduce coughing.
