Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a Heavy smoker currently experiencing unstoppable coughing with green phlegm along with slight running nose,slight fever and body ache....suffered from childhood asthma as well.. shall i take augmentin 625duo twice a day?

Ashtama, gastric, acidity for last one month I am take tablet of (1)monticop a tab(2)deriphylin 300 tab (3)rbson D cap

Cough from past 2 month Infection detected in chest Breathing problem Dry cough Headache and vomit is common The infection is growing as shown in xrays

I feel shortness of breath even though my nose is clear. I need take deep breath and insale air very often.

What is pleural effusion And I Am having like this problem and symptoms and I don't know what it is but I think I m having this issue

More then 1 year my mom is suffering from somekind of deasese. We have consulted with so many physician and physiatrist. We did some test but reports are normal. After everything we don't know what should be done. Now we give below medicine Redion xt Panor dsr Etizolam tablets j. P Kimitrip Eteolam0. 5 Lozipam 1 Still she suffers same problem. None of these medicines work. We don't know which doctor is good for her health issue. Which medicine is best for her. We are looking advice. We will consult any doctor. Just help us . Please

What does Calcified lesion is seen in right hilum stands for?? Is there anything to worry about? Any test or any type of medication is needed?

Almost 45 days back I went for running in the morning ( in cold weather ). I ran for almost 2KM WHILE BREATHING WITH MOUTH. I was running out of breath still continued running and previously I haven't practiced running. At end It felt like some of my upper chest (left side) tissues got injured due to excessive pressure. Since then it's reoccurring and disappearing with sometimes  mucus (clear ) with coughing. And discomfort in upper most chest area in left side near middle. I got sick once cough and cold nearly one month ago . Since then the discomfort is more frequent. Consultanted with a  general physician , he told me not to worry and gave some meds which didn't work. * No family history with heart diseases * No family history with high blood pressure.

Chest ct scan report says - Thin parenchymal fibrotic band and subpleural atelectasis in the right middle lobe. What does that mean? Is there anything to worry about?

I have cough from 2-3 days.i used to scratch cards and do data entry in computer.maybe the silver dust has been inhaled .because i noticed some dust in my clothes and bed and my rajai.
