Chest & Breathing Problems

I feel breathlessness feeling at late night in middle of my sleep. I start coughing a lot continuously and feel difficulty in breathing for half and hour or so and then it becomes completely normal and I can sleep again. There is a whistling sound from my nose when I'm breathing during this period. This happens regularly at night. People around me have told me that I snore at night during sleep which gets intensely louder and is broken by coughing and me waking up. I had visited a general physician with this issue and I was prescribed tablets to crush and inhale everyday for a month. I didn't feel any  problems while taking the tablets but now I'm feeling it again. What should be my course of action? Should I visit a chest specialist? What could be the cause of all this?

For the past one month, within short intervals I feel sudden thud under my left breast which makes shortness of breathe, rapid heart beat and dizziness. Sometimes I feel nausea. I am breast feeding mother of 7 months old boy. I had 2 c sections one at June 2016 and other at June 2019. In the year May 2017 I had missed abortion with lap d&c.

I snore heavily in sleep & wanted to check if there's any medicine or remedy to cure this problem, either in homeopathy or allopathy. Thank you

While sleeping I feel like my right side nose breathing is less compared.to the right one any blockage in between ?

I have cough from 2 months started with cold and have taken many medicines but no effect , most of the time it is dry but sometimes becomes productive with cold in between

My father ( 60+) has been given Azee 500 , thrice a week (mon,wed,fri) for 3 months along with some other inhalers for his COPD. Probably Azee 500 is an antibiotic. Wondering if it is safe to take an antibiotic for so long as 3 months? Please let me know..

Problem in breathing , excessive cough abd cold. Problem persist last 15 days. Problem more in night and morning.

Hello doctor greetings kindly answer my question please. When I cough i am getting saliva like clear liquid from mouth but some what salty sweet taste like...but it is clear not yellow or green ...what is the reason for it..

Sir I have been taking medicine since September 2019 for abdominal tuberculosis,but do not feel any difference from day one,even I lost 8 kg of weight in December 2019 (as I was admitted in hospital due to severe stomach pain and  was unable to eat proper food for almost one month) though I was on  medication in continuation without skipping any of my medicine. Is it mdr why I am not experienced any improvement? And how to make sure is it mdr?

For years I'm having breathing issues, i.e my nose gets blocked sevearly at night, feeling as if had jell has cloged in or skin has bulged inside . Medication  prescribed by ENT (i.e. Solution to clean nose, Tablets, Temporary Spray) fixes it temporarily, but once I'm out of condition worsens again. Even tried to avoid cold items including curd for 2 months now. Please help. Thank you
