Regarding lung scar
During GAMMCA medical checkup for gulf,in my chest x-ray a scar found and the doctor said it is not possible to accept as per gulf medical council rules but you don't have any health issues due to this.is it possible to remove the scar by using medicine?

Whenever I take symbicort my peakflow ⬆️
When I calculate my peak flow in morning it was around 450 after taking 2 puff of duolin my peakflow increases to 600. Is it asthma. Done with cxr and CT it is normal but pft results shows early small airway obstruction as pef 25-75% or pefr %pred<70. Mild obstruction as fev1/fvc <95 and fvc pred >80. Please help
