I'm getting chest pain very frequently and I'm also a type 1 diabetic and hypothyroidic person my sugar levels are high and I also have high blood pressure.once doctor told me that I have gas and took tablets for gastric trouble after few hours of intake of tablet i got severe chest pain and next day i discontinued then i was ok.please let me know the solution for my problem
