Gastric problem
Hello sir from past 40 days I am suffering from gastric ,pain in abdomen, chest area and back pain ,and also confusion in brain also starts ,CBC, lft,tmt,eco,ecg are normal my serum creatinine has gone up 1.38 I dont have diabetes but my bp is 150/100 kindly suggest what to do and prescribe some good medicine
