Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear Doctor For time being can you tel me some cough syrup or tablet to control cough. May be in next 15 days i wll be under going treatment. I have tried defcort tab and many cough syrup but it's not coming under control. Please do help me

I had been recently diagnosed with Streptococcus pneumoniae in my Sputum report. Was administered antibiotics for 5 days in the hospital. I have been having coughing for the past 3 weeks. Occassional low grade fever used to happen and felt breathless especially after walking or climbing stairs. The symptoms still is continuing after being discharged. Was advised PFT test yesterday and the report is attached. Today was advised to have chest ct scan done and reports of which are awaited. Kindly guide about if any abnormalities in the PFT report. Sputum report also enclosed for reference.

I am a mother of 3 months old baby. We are residing near compost development corporation which releases unbearable odur especially in rainy seasons. Is that compost smell harmful for my baby?does it create any health issues in my newborn?

I suffer from few days breathing problem and now I checked my serum Ige and report show 1637. Kindly inform me the what should I do.

Is there any facility for TB or Cancer related health check-up by collecting blood/urine or any samples at home?

I'm 25 year old and I have don't have an active exercise filled life. I weigh around 100kg which made me worrisome. I started of with brisk walking for about 1. 5km and brought it up to 3km in 2 weeks. 3 days back  I have been observing that I feel slightly out of breath at rest. Even a slight chest discomfort. I have this cough at times with frothy kind of phlegm. Sometimes it hurts when i cough. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it if I take deep breath right side of my chest hurts a little and sometimes it doesn't. I always wake up with stuffy nose /runny nose or phelgm in the morning which reduces by noon. I visited the physician and after listening with stethoscope he said lungs are clear and probably due to allergies he gave me citrezine tablets. There's no change in the symptoms I described earlier. What should I do? My BP is always in the range of 120 to 130/80 on BP Monitor at home.

I feel shortness of breath while lying down and my IgE level is 1456 also suffering from eyebrow fall out since 15 days Please suggest

Sometimes blood is coming in sputum and phlegm, have done Xray, CBC, ESR, Sputum AFB and MTB but no findings. What is the cause then and needs to be done

Iam from delhi. Although its highly polluted city and maybe my condition is related to this. I feel very uncomfortable to breathe every night.

I was recently admitted in hospital with acute streptococcus pneumoniae as detected in my Sputum report. I had continues dry coughing and occasional low grade fever and body chills. I have completed the antibiotics course but the coughing still persists. There has been no Sputum discharge for the last 3 weeks except only a small amount of discharge that happened due to which the Sputum test could be done. Based on my Sputum report could there be anything serious that I need to be worried about.
