Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear Doctor, I need opinion on the attached report of PFT. I have breathing problems while climbing stairs or doing any exercise. I have done TMT which has come negative. Kindly advise what has to be done. I am worried a lot. The PFT report says it's mild restrictions.

My mother is 53 years old. She is diabetic and also has dust allergy. She suddenly got shortness of breath and unable to talk. She usually get mild asthma when exposed to dust. But today suddenly she got asthma with shortness of breath without any explosure to dust. After taking asthalin her symptoms improved.what can be the cause? Is it good to use asthalin daily?

Hi Doctor, Is inhaling mosquito repellent liquid smell is dangerous ? Full night we are switching on the repellent liquid to avoid mosquitoes. Is it safe for kids? Thanks

My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in October,2013. Right breast was removed followed by chemotherapy and radition therapy. This entire treatment was done in Vijayawada from October,2013 to July,2014. Now there are no complaints for my mother except cough with flum in the morning after she wakes up. Recently 10 days back, whole body PET CT scan was done. It shows sub centimetre nodules are found in lungs. In 2015, mother got early stage of T.B. In 2016, due to stomach ache , gall bladder was removed. Now we need a guidance in a right direction by a good doctor. Thanks n regards

Last December 2018, my breathing problem was diagnosed to be COPD. Medicine precribed were 1. AMUCOE-NAC (2) Formoterol Forte (3) AIRz (4) Ascoril Syrup. Amucoe-Nac was precribed for most probably for 30 days. But, I did not it for this long. May use Amucoe Nac for 30 days now as my problem is little aggravated. Being in different place now, I can't consult my earlier physician. Hence, opinion is sought for if I can take it now. If yes, for how many days. How many daily dose should be taken? If once or twice before or after food should it be taken? It afforded much benefit when I used it. Hence, opinion of an doctor is sought for.

I have a small nodule in my epididymitis in left Testicle and it pains sometimes (almost once or twice a month) for which I was give 1 month course for antibiotics which did not respond . So my Urologist asked me to start Tuberculosis DOTS course for 6 months which he later extended to 3 more months . Now it has been 9 months Nodule is still there , Urologist is saying to stop DOTS as 9 months is enough but my Pulmonologist is saying to continue to 12 months . What Should I do ?? SHOULD I STOP NOW OR CONTINUE TO 12 MONTHS ?
