Chest & Breathing Problems

Actually we have done a report in an hospital.can you please say what's the problem by checking this report

Hello Dr, From past few days I'm hvg breathlessness. There is some heaviness in my chest. Its more during  the mornings nd night. Sometimes I cant sleep at night nd then I inhale some camphor in a handkerchief nd feel better at times but not always. I even consulted a chest physician nd he prescribed some acidity syrup nd allegra 120. Felt better for few days but again the same issue. Whats the actual reason nd what shld I do to come out of this ?

My wife had cough since last 15 days and fever was there for starting 3 days (now it is not there) same problem was there last year also at same month ( but last only cough was there which lasts for 1 month, no fever), now we went to physician and he suggest CT Chest and Sputum For AFB and blood test , And the result was CT Chest- Consolidation right upper chest ( however last year also x-ray shows same thing when cough was there but after one month when cough went off x-ray shows normal) now HB-10 , ESR-99, TLC - 3800, Platelets -1.1 lakh, Sputum AFB 3 sample - Negative. QuantiFeron Gold - Positive however No weight loss noticed, no  appetite  changes, Doctor advised it could be TB and started with Tab Rifampicin 450mg, Tab INH 300mg, Tab Pyrazinamide 750mg, Tab Ethambutol 600mg, And Pyridoxine 40mg. Now my question is problem occurs two time one last year and now this time, in between and before last year no problem at all no cough entire year, so should I go with this treatment ..??

I was in a a hospital were a lots or tb patient were coughing near me! So is their any measure should i take or any medicine to prevent or getting exposed to tb or getting infected! I am already infected once two year ago so my immune system is already compromised i think !

Please can you confirm the probable causes of cavitary lung lesion? What diseases it may reflect? Also what are contagious and what not, are all lung diseases contagious? Thanks

I'm experiencing asthma attacks since a few days... Earlier I used to get it once in a while and it would subside by using asthalin inhaler... But now I'm getting it very frequently like 2 to 3 times in a day and I feel breathlessness and wheezing sound also occurs. I'm exposed to dust during travelling.. Can that be the cause for this? And also these symptoms increases after I wake up from sleep and a lot of sputum is produced and I also have irritation in my eyes and throat itching

Hello, my sister got diagnosed with MDR tuberculosis last month.she has been advised 2 yrs treatment.She is facing lot of hair fall I wanted to know is it normal in MDR tuberculosis.? Please help.
