I have small movable lump on my right parotid duct, Its extremely movable, soft and tender. I feel it has reduced a bit in size compared to yesterday. I am going to meet an ent, but please tell me what is it,? Is it dangerous I am just seventeen I have sinus infection a bit. THANK YOU
