Is Daily having 180 ml of whiskey without water is safe? Will it impact on health? My father drinks daily and now it is very challenging to stop. Please advice Thanks

Only 3 drinks a day is the maximum allowed alcohol for men.( Means between 60 to 90 ml). What is his medical profile? Its always best to quit. Above allowance is only for healthy adults. Better to consult a psychiatrist
