Chest pain and breathlessness

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been feeling pain in my chest in both right and left side but these days its more towards my left side also my left and right hands pain as well and my neck and sometimes once in three four days i feel Breathlessness. What shouls i do for this.

may be because of lockdown you are anxious,or may be inactivity. symptoms are vague,no need to panic I guess. plus at age of 21 you should not be thinking this much. relax and enjoy the lockdown period!
